Booking Policy

YUME Booking Policy Last updated: 31 July 2025 Time is sacred. Yours. Ours. The groups. To honour the space we hold together, please read and respect the following booking terms. Cancellations We understand that life can shift. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, as your space has already been held with intention. Reschedules Changes are welcome with notice. You may reschedule your session any time before the 24-hour mark. Rescheduling is not available within 24 hours of your booking. Missed Sessions If you do not arrive and have not cancelled in advance, the session is considered complete. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for missed sessions. Late Arrivals Sessions begin on time. If you arrive late, your booking will be forfeited. We are unable to admit anyone once the session has started, to protect the flow and focus of the group. This applies to both in-person and online sessions. To Make Changes You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you may contact us directly, provided it is more than 24 hours before your session. Legal Reference This policy aligns with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
