About YUME

Meditation teacher and founder of YUME.

I didn’t start this because I was calm.
I started because my mind wouldn’t switch off.

YUME is the work I had to figure out myself. How to deal with constant thinking without it taking over, and how to find some steadiness again.

Now I teach meditation to people who feel the same way.
